  WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE

You have probably come to this place because you and/or a loved one have a desire to understand, and possibly change situations or directions in your life. WELCOME!

As a counselor it is my job, as well as pleasure to accompany you along this new path. The reward for both of us is to discover the beginning of a new phase in your life that has meaning and purpose. While no one can change difficult situations or experiences of the past, you and I can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges which those occurrences present in your life today.

By employing therapeutic approaches that are conducive to your situation, we will help you to understand, accept and even change longstanding patterns that continue to negatively impact your life. Then we will work towards change and healthy solutions.

If you are currently facing a challenging situation or seeking support as you move towards a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Please call or email my office for an appointment today.
